Concerning the Role

At Wetherill Park Shopping Center, we have a fantastic opportunity for an Operations Manager to join our team. In this position, you will be in charge of planning and directing the Center's operational management while keeping spending under control. The physical features of the Center will also be properly and effectively run by you, ensuring that the residents are in a secure and productive environment.

Your key responsibilities will be:

Design and create systems for reporting, procedures, and project management.
Report on the status of the operations
Create annual budgets for expenses and investments.
Monitor spending to make sure the budget is followed
Aid in implementing our goal-reduction plans for waste, water, and energy
Promote and guarantee strict adherence to the RETAIL HS&E Plan.
Work with specialized consultants.
Make sure that the service agreements are followed by the essential service providers (security, cleaning, and HVAC).
Obtain the necessary building permits.
Manage big construction projects for the retail industry, including demolitions, fit-outs, renovations, significant repairs, and service installs.
Through the provision of exceptional service, establish and sustain productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Set an example by living the Stockland values.
