Concerning the Role
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Design and create systems for reporting, procedures, and project management.
- Report on the status of the operations
- Create annual budgets for expenses and investments.
- Monitor spending to make sure the budget is followed
- Aid in implementing our goal-reduction plans for waste, water, and energy
- Promote and guarantee strict adherence to the RETAIL HS&E Plan.
- Work with specialized consultants.
- Make sure that the service agreements are followed by the essential service providers (security, cleaning, and HVAC).
- Obtain the necessary building permits.
- Manage big construction projects for the retail industry, including demolitions, fit-outs, renovations, significant repairs, and service installs.
- Through the provision of exceptional service, establish and sustain productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Set an example by living the Stockland values.
What You Do:
- Extensive operations management experience
