Our company we now have an interesting opening for a project manager within our expanding Division of Turf Construction.

You will be required to manage and lead our turf construction projects from inception to completion, organise and manage project teams and sub-contractors on site, liaise with the client, tender their specific requirements and deal with claims/variations on the contracts as and when required.

Essential Conditions

It is crucial to be qualified or pre-qualified.
a minimum of five years in a comparable position
It is advantageous to have a diverse portfolio of grass-building jobs.
ability to manage and report on-site HSEQ with assurance.
being able to decipher building designs and tender papers
outstanding time management abilities, including the capacity to prioritize tasks, operate under pressure, and plan

Duties In This Position

Project management for grass construction, including site management
Identify the tools, supplies, and labor that are required.
Make sure that supplies and equipment are ordered and delivered in accordance with the timetable.

With Operations Division

Manage personnel
Knowledge of and experience with financial, cost, and project management systems and procedures
Plan and create work schedules while ensuring that deadlines are met.
Overseeing both internal workers and outside contractors complete projects to the highest standards set by the business
Utilize a solution-focused strategy to handle any potential challenges that may arise throughout a project.
All daily orders and subcontractor orders are approved.
Managing handover, liabilities, and faults.
