Our Aged Care Nursing team is seeking a committed After Hours Workforce Coordinator to join our team due to significant development!
Regarding the Role
The rostering and scheduling of the nursing team is the responsibility of the After Hours Workforce Coordinator, who ensures that our clients receive dependable, prompt, and consistently high-quality service.
To guarantee dependable service delivery and the efficient and effective use of staffing resources at the proper levels and skills necessary, you will make sure that the clinical roster is constantly manned to a high level.
You are in charge of answering questions from our clients and the nursing team on a daily basis, as well as making sure that the roster is properly staffed. When we have questions about rostering, you are the first person we talk to.
You will receive two weeks of in-person training for this position before working solely from home. You will have a rotating schedule for seven days a week, working alternating weekday shifts from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.
Additionally, shift loadings and weekend penalty rates are available to you!
About you
- Highly developed written communication abilities, the capacity to pay close attention to detail, and a sense of pride in the work's quality
- A track record of developing fruitful, long-lasting connections with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities to make sure all parties are always aware of staff assignments and any changes that may take place.
- Knowledge of quality assurance and continuous improvement principles, as well as how to use them in practice
- A degree of analytical and problem-solving proficiency that is consistent and solutions-oriented
- Excellent customer service abilities and knowledge of confidentiality and privacy standards
