ABOUT THE ROLE ‘’’ WHAT THE ROLE IS

As a Junior Product Manager in our productive Womenswear dresses department, join our Just Jeans Buying team.

Understanding the Brand target market and assisting with the design and selection of commercial products consistent with seasonal trends and brand strategy are part of this role's mandate to support the Product Manager across all facets of the buyer ship.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Build and implement seasonal ranges together with the buying team's senior management.
oversee the creation of the garment, including the selection of the right fabric, trims, block colors, and designs.
Create purchasing strategies that involve our customers.
In order to continuously review and improve our product line, we must compare ourselves to our competitors.
Trends in product innovation, market competition, and research
Negotiate with the supply base to offer cost-effective, high-quality items that meet the desired product margins
Communicate with our direct suppliers in other nations
Control the manufacturing schedule and key path
Through ongoing evaluation of performance, market prospects, and product trends, achieve budgeted sales and margin.
Review performance and potential future range ideas frequently to proactively maintain the brand's competitive edge.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Experience in product creation and buying, preferably with dresses.
Experience in the critical path and managing production
Dealings with direct sellers from various geographical locations
Business sense and negotiation abilities
Sure, one's grasp of margin calculations and budgets
A flexible approach and the capacity to multitask in a hectic setting
The capacity to build trusting relationships with stakeholders
Illustrator expertise
