Our product management team is seeking a Product Manager - AEM to join their team, participate actively in the Coles product community, and make a formal contribution to the chapter's expansion and involvement. Regarding the role


You will be responsible for developing a roadmap for their product team as a Product Manager - AEM that improves business metrics and provides excellent customer experiences.

You and your abilities

  • As a seasoned product manager, it is your duty to oversee a product squad on your team.
  • You are the go-to person for the team's product and are in charge of assisting the team in achieving the established OKRs.
  • You take the initiative to establish the backlog, keep track of performance indicators, and make sure your roadmap is in line with the broad business and product plans.

Your aptitude

  • Expert in developing content-controlled experiences on digital platforms and enterprise-level content management systems, including AEM (web and app)
  • Comprehension of the information architecture, content, graphics, and video of content management strategies
  • Understanding SEO techniques to optimize content templates and URLs
  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience as a product manager
  • A track record of consistently providing quantifiable outcomes for consumers and the company
  • Knowledge of training and coaching product managers, as well as involvement in the product chapter
  • Experience working in a digital-first organization with a strong focus on the needs of the customer; experience supporting digital channels in big, complex organizations
  • Skilled in explaining and justifying product design choices to a wide range of stakeholders
  • Working in quick-paced workplaces and being able to adapt to change
  • Competent in teamwork with engineering, design, and marketing
