Regarding the role

You will be responsible for developing a roadmap for their product team as a Product Manager - AEM that improves business metrics and provides excellent customer experiences.

You and your abilities

As a seasoned product manager, it is your duty to oversee a product squad on your team.
You are the go-to person for the team's product and are in charge of assisting the team in achieving the established OKRs.
You take the initiative to establish the backlog, keep track of performance indicators, and make sure your roadmap is in line with the broad business and product plans.

Your aptitude

Expert in developing content-controlled experiences on digital platforms and enterprise-level content management systems, including AEM (web and app)
Comprehension of the information architecture, content, graphics, and video of content management strategies
Understanding SEO techniques to optimize content templates and URLs
A minimum of three years of relevant experience as a product manager
A track record of consistently providing quantifiable outcomes for consumers and the company
Knowledge of training and coaching product managers, as well as involvement in the product chapter
Experience working in a digital-first organization with a strong focus on the needs of the customer; experience supporting digital channels in big, complex organizations
Skilled in explaining and justifying product design choices to a wide range of stakeholders
Working in quick-paced workplaces and being able to adapt to change
Competent in teamwork with engineering, design, and marketing
