To work on a brand-new project that combines recruiting with advertising technology, we are seeking a software engineer. You will work on products that affect job searchers, recruiters, and employers to match the right applicant to the right position while working with product management and engaging with global development teams in an agile environment.

Concerning the Role

Develop and prototype applications utilizing a variety of technologies, particularly Kotlin + Spring Boot, React, Graph QL, Next.js, and Cypress, with some Scala usage as needed.

Create solutions for all application layers in an agile setting.

Examine and analyze identified flaws and suggest fixes, such as code modifications, data updates, or configuration alterations

Participate in a scrum team while working from home.

Work with AWS and use some of GCP

Carry out and help with integration testing

Participate actively and start the Monster platform's ongoing improvement.

About You:

If your attention is on the back end:

* Proven business knowledge of Java 8+ or server-side Kotlin

Microservices architecture expertise

Reactive programming expertise

If your attention is on the front end:

* Web development experience, knowledge of JavaScript/Typescript, and CSS

Knowledge of well-known front-end frameworks, ideally React

Knowledge of testing libraries for web automation, ideally Cypress

Having knowledge of any of the following is advantageous: Project Reactor, Vertex, Akka, Play, Rx Java, Reactive Streams, Scala, Spring Web Flux, Cloud Computing (Amazon Web Services or Google Cloud Platform), SSR (preferable Next.js framework), SEO, and advertising technologies

Self-motivated with the ability to work in 2-week sprints and good time management

Two years or more of pertinent experience
