In order to join our Workforce Solutions team in Australia or New Zealand, we are searching for an implementation consultant with experience in both recruitment and onboarding. Implementing ReadyTech software will enable you to assist customers with challenging business issues as an implementation consultant. Your contribution will make a significant difference in ReadyTech's ability to generate advocacy and provide top-notch client satisfaction by completing excellent projects on schedule.

Your Opportunity To

  • Engage with customers to comprehend their operational procedures
  • Organize and lead allocated implementation projects through 'go live
  • Attend project meetings and keep in constant, proactive communication with customers.
  • Work together with the development team to put customer-specific regulations into place.
  • Project management, including data migration, planning, and timeline management, internal system updates, and monitoring of operations and progress
  • provide specialised system training (onsite, face-to-face, group, and online)
  • After "go live," give the customer support team thorough handovers.

Details about you

  • People praise your stakeholder and relationship management at all levels, and they regard you as the consummate team player.
  • You're a master at managing projects and your time, and you love a good to-do list.
  • You take pleasure in problem-solving and creative problem-solving.
  • You have a natural curiosity and initiative when it comes to learning.
  • You have a solid grasp of technical jargon and are able to think logically.
  • You are familiar with HR procedures, particularly the hiring and onboarding processes.
  • You are knowledgeable about HRIS platforms and how they relate to payroll platforms.
  • You've worked as a project manager for at least two years, installing either SaaS payroll or HRIS solutions.
  • With cross-functional teams including sales, development, and client service, you have a track record of establishing productive working partnerships.
